This Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) course is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of those looking to undertake scheduled testing and inspection of electrical equipment and follows the IEE Codes of practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment.

Who is this training course for?

This course is aimed at both new entrants and existing engineers already working within the electrical industry who need to undertake scheduled testing and inspection of electrical equipment.

Please Note: Candidates will need to purchase their own copy of 'IET Codes of Practice for Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment 4th Edition)' for this course.

Course Achievements:

Successful candidates attending the fully accredited 2 day course will be awarded the Level 3 QCF In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment qualification and certification.
